Operator

CivicLearn and all associated platforms are operated by Testrada Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore. References to “CivicLearn,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to Testrada Pte Ltd.

Scope

These terms govern your use of civiclearn.com and all CivicLearn-branded platforms, including but not limited to indfodsretsprove.dk, dansk3.dk, rikisborgaraprof.is, ykifinnish.fi, ykisvenska.fi, svenskaprov.se, sproochentest.org, cipleonline.pt, celpebras.org, and any other domains operated under the CivicLearn brand.

Nature of the Service

CivicLearn provides educational test preparation materials for citizenship tests, language proficiency exams, and civic knowledge assessments. Our platforms are independent educational tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, examination authority, or official testing organisation in any country.

No Guarantee of Results

Our materials are designed to help you prepare effectively, but we cannot guarantee that using our platforms will result in passing any official examination. Exam content, pass thresholds, and testing procedures are determined by the relevant authorities and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep our materials current, but the responsibility for verifying official exam requirements rests with the candidate.

Accounts and Access

Access to paid features requires creating an account and completing a purchase. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the local currency of each platform and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are provided at our discretion and are not automatically available once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All content on CivicLearn platforms — including questions, explanations, audio recordings, illustrations, software, and design — is the property of Testrada Pte Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. Where our materials reference official government publications, exam frameworks, or legislative texts, such references are made for educational purposes under applicable fair use principles.

Limitation of Liability

CivicLearn is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Testrada Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failure to pass an official examination.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
